• Stick & Stitch Embroidery Packet with multiple patterns - $25 value
• Transfer paper
• Large eye, sharp tapestry needle
• Embroidery yarn for design (basic colors)

SKILLS REQUIRED - BEGINNER

• Students need to know basic knitting for swatch/fabric to embroider; however, this is not a knitting class.

• No embroidery skills needed.

SKILLS LEARNED

• Satin stitch
• Lazy Daisy stitch
• Fly stitch
• Straight stitch
• Outline stitch
• French knots
• Basting

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• Knitted stockinette stitch swatches (6" x 6" or larger) - or -
• Knitted piece you wish to embellish
• Small amounts of fingering weight yarn in a variety of colors - a great way to use up bits & bobs from home! There will be some available in class
• Sharp scissors
• Paper scissors

In this class we will learn to create these beautiful flowers which you can then use to create your own arrangements.

We will also learn about using the fun new self-sticking stabilizer which makes it MUCH easier to embroider on knitwear & then simply

washes away when you are finished. It leaves your knitting still soft and pliable, like it was never there - magical!
